Even if Ubisoft officially confirmed Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag yesterday, the leaks focusing on the new game keep on coming, this time thanks to a teaser website set up for the new title, which confirms that the game will appear on October 29 and that it's also going to arrive on next-generation consoles.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag has been rumored for some time and in the last week we saw several leaks that included a poster for the game, a screenshot, its map, as well as its cover.

Ubisoft officially confirmed the game yesterday and set up a special teaser page that's currently counting down until the release of the official trailer on Monday, March 4.

However, GamingEverything managed to uncover another page with more juicy details about the game, including a release date of October 29 as well as the confirmation that Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag will also appear on next-generation consoles.

While the actual devices weren't named, it's obvious that the new title will reach the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720, alongside the platforms that were already confirmed by Ubisoft, including the PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.
