Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 developer Treyarch confirms that, for the upcoming first-person shooter, is making some big improvements to the anti-cheating system in the title, so that fans can have a fair and fun time when playing online with others.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 was revealed to the world earlier this week and developer Treyarch has since talked about quite a lot of the different mechanics that make the shooter stand out from the rest, especially from previous titles in the series.
After going a bit in-depth about the features coming to the PC version of Black Ops 3, Treyarch's Director of Development on PC confirms on Twitter that some major improvements will be implemented for the anti-cheating system.
More specifically, Treyarch's anti-cheating methods will better detect those who seek to use external programs to gain an unfair advantage, and it's also mentioned that the cheat report system will be enhanced to make sure that players can report those who've gotten through the automated anti-cheating mechanic.
You can expect to hear a bit more about Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 as we get closer to its release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One later in the year, on November 6. Fresh gameplay footage was already confirmed to debut at E3 2015 in June.
