This week, the review team at the games department of Softpedia is  delivering long-form evaluations for: DriveClub, the long-delayed racing game which is offered on the PlayStation 4, Chariot, Styx: Master of Shadows, and Sleeping Dogs for current-gen consoles.

The most important news of the week

On Monday, the best rookie for the coming NBA Live 15 was revealed to be Jabari Parker, Capcom talked about the design decisions that power the new Revelations 2 and why it is not Resident Evil 7, and Crytek talked about the way graphics are no longer impressive to modern gamers.

On Tuesday, BioWare announced that a Revan-focused expansion would be launched for Star Wars: The Old Republic in December, Destiny got a new patch and players experienced some downtime, and a source revealed that Xbox One sales in China were supposed to be over 100,000 units.

On Wednesday, Sports Interactive revealed that it would launch Football Manager 2015 on November 7 and explained a series of new features, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare offered a free upgrade from the last-gen to the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, and a major patch was launched for the console version of Diablo 3.

On Thursday, the size for the digital download of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for the Xbox One was revealed, the servers for DriveClub continued to be under pressure after launch, and EA Sports released the first title update for the PC version of FIFA 15.

On Friday Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare got a first open eSports tournament in Columbus, The Wolf Among Us received release dates for the Xbox One and the PS4, and Ubisoft talked more about the resolution and the framerate of Assassin’s Creed Unity.

Finally, on Saturday, Bungie talked about the Iron Banner event in Destiny and BioWare revealed the system requirements for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
