This week the review department of Softpedia Games has long-form evaluations for: Victory at Sea, an interesting but limited take on World War II naval warfare, The Last of Us: Remastered, Risen 3: Titan Lords and Madden NFL 15, the most recent installment in the EA Sports sim.

On Monday, Bungie talked about the first downlodable content which will be launched for its new Destiny shooter and about how it plans to integrate it with the rest of the game world while Microsoft delivered the August firmware update for the Xbox One for the entire community.

On Tuesday, Sledgehammer Games talked about a Combat Readiness Program integrated in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, which would feature bot enemies, and developers talked about the way the Xbox One would solve its resolution issues in the long term.

Wednesday saw a new gameplay video for Bloodborne, showing the core mechanics, Blizzard talk about the resolution of the Xbox One version of Diablo III, and an official page leaking information about a new Resident Evil Revelations 2, which might arrive at some point next year.

On Thursday, rumors about a new free Play with Gold feature for the Xbox One appeared and were squashed, Eden Hazard was revealed as the cover star for the UK version of FIFA 15 alongside Lionel Messi and more info appeared about the resolution of The Witcher 3 on the Xbox One and PS4, which will apparently not be set in stone.

On Friday, Xbox One got access to the preload feature, starting with Madden NFL 15 and Rockstar delivered a weekend event for GTA Online for the new San Andreas Flight School content that includes bonuses and some interesting unique rewards.

Ubisoft also launched a new patch for its open world title Watch Dogs that adds a host of new features and fixes.

Saturday brought more information on the exclusivity of Rise of the Tomb Raider on the Xbox One, while BioWare talked more about the combat in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
